My husband had purchased his cadillac in Illinois and did not feel like driving all the way over there for an oil change and also to have some things looked at. we pass by napleton all the time and decided to give them a call. they set his appointment for the very next day. we took the car in and while we were there we decided to check out the new cadillacs. they have a wide variety of cars on display which is great. also the staff there are wonderful. they answered all of our questions and were very knowledgable.

Just wanted to thank you for a painless car buying experience, we love our new Q7! We really enjoyed working with you and I'm so glad that you insisted on us driving the Audi to compare it to the other vehicle we were interested in purchasing. If we wouldn't have driven the Q7 I think we would have settled for the other one and ultimately I probably would not have been as happy as I am with the Q7.
